From Naples to Your Block
'FirthlanePark started from a humble vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Via Vittorio Emanuele, 75. The Bianchi family set out in 1985 to open a quaint, family-owned shop with recipes that have been passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our patriarch, acquired the secrets of pizza craft on her journeys across Italy, particularly within the craftmasters of pizza in Naples. When she returned to the UK, her ambition was to replicate the authentic Italian pizza experience, sticking to age-old processes and unparalleled ingredients.
Initiating as a tiny pizzeria with only 12 seats, we have blossomed into a cherished pillar of the community, yet we’ve steadfastly held on to our devotion to excellence and genuineness. Our wood-fire oven procedures stand firm, our dough is made from scratch every single day, and we persist in selecting ingredients of the highest order.
Currently, 'FirthlanePark' remains under family governance, as the Bianchi lineage ushers us forward. Our embrace of certain contemporary innovations aside, the soul of our establishment continues as we’ve always envisioned it: delivering delectable, traditional pizzas that unite our community.
